The outdoor area is the perfect space for entertaining, which includes a bar area, a BBQ and a huge private swimming pool. The open floor plan of the main floor brings the outside in! Villa guests have the services of a maid and butler to ensure your home is always in top form, and a private chef can be arranged to prepare your daily meals (additional charge applies). The villa can also be fully stocked with everything you need – e.g. food, beverages, etc. upon request, so you don’t even have to leave the comfort or your retreat… although you might want to check out the restaurants, go for a swim on the beach and play a round of golf. In Casa de Campo you’ll find a hotel with spa, 3 Pete Dye golf courses (The Links, Dye Fore and Teeth of the Dog), a marina with restaurants, bars, supermarket, movie theater, a private beach (Playa Minitas), tennis courts, horses, boats, yachts, and Altos de Chavón, a 16th century replica Mediterranean village complete with gorgeous views, an Amphitheater, restaurants, shops, and a beautiful church.

Incredible villa for large groups

Great Time in Casa de Campo

15 of us stayed at this property in Casa de Campo for a weekend and everything was great! Milagros (the concierge) was very helpful, the house staff was amazing, the chef was absolutely amazing. The house was clean and looks as shown in photos! Would definitely return!

Truly a piece of paradise

We had a large group stay for a bachelor party and couldn't have been happier with the property. Not only was the villa immaculate, the staff we friendly and courteous from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Additionally food that was made was top class and the fact that we were able to feed 16 people in one location absolutely made this trip. 10/10 would recomend.

My husband 60th Birthday

We spent this weekend with a group of family and friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house is beautiful, very spacious with a room and private bathroom for each family. The attention of all the staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to make us feel good. Milagros the concierge was very helpful from the day I booked the reservation. We highly recommend this house and all the staff.

Annual Fishing Trip

8 guys all with their separate rooms. Large gathering areas to socialize after a long day of fishing. Concierge was great and organized everything. Even went above and beyond when we threw some things at her last minute. Victor was very attentive to every detail and the chef made us meals everyday. Always on time and tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

This is our third trip to Casa De Campo. This villa so far has been the best layout. A sprawling compound. Only downside is the pool is not heated. We look to return next year.

Amazing family vacation at a great house

Went with family of 11 to this house. Exactly as seen as pictures, very comfortable, separate room and bath for everyone and great open space living perfect for all of us, in a nice location at Casa de Campo. But what really made this special was the great attention and service from all that work here: beginning with Milagros our concierge who met all of our needs and more, to Marlene (chef) and rest of staff (Victor, Maria, Josie) who made this stay really amazing. Can't thank them enough, definitely recommended! Gracias por todo

Great venu

We had 8 guys and need 8 bedrooms. Staff was very attentive and worked hours to accommodate our schedule. Chef was superb. Concierge was on top of things. One caveat. Just have concierge make sure air conditioning works in all rooms before arrival. All in all a good experience.

Place looks exactly like the photos, villa has that old colonial style, Its an old Villa but its in great shape, has enough rooms for all 17 of us to stay sleep comfortably. Pool was awesome, big and well designed. The staff (cleaning ladies, and butler) were phenomenal, that Dominican hospitality can not be beat anywhere else in the world, they all went out of they were to make sure we were having a great time, even did our laundry every day. we reserved a chef for days and night which was the best part of our stay Oscar is an excellent chef and knows how to cook anything, every meal, snack and dessert were very delicious. He did our groceries for us and made sure we had everything. We also had a bartender (Frank) for two of the dates which was super professional. Totally worth adding the chef and bartender. Casa de Campo is a place for everyone, for short stays and long stays, we played golf, went to Minitas beach, visited Altos the Chavon Village, The Marina, and even took a catamaran to Catalina Island for another beach day and snorkeling. We will be back for sure.

Incredible Weekend and Incredible Service

House was exactly what was expected from the listing. Larges house able to accommodate a group of 9. House felt private and pool area was great to relax at following a day of golf. The service the house staff provided were among the best we have ever had, especially rare post Covid. Milagros was a amazing and very understanding. The chef was amazing and went above and beyond. Victor was incredible, very attentive, courteous and made us feel right at home. The cleaning crew did a phenomenal job and the property was kept in tip top shape throughout the stay. It made it seem like we were staying at a 5-star resort. I would recommend this house for any large group. Incredible value for the money.

Golf buddy trip

Wonderful house and staff

We had an amazing stay with my family. Milagros the house manager is so helpful. She took care of whatever we desired. The house staff make amazing food and keep the house incredibly clean. The house and grounds are beautiful. The pictures do not do it Justice. You are in good hands here.

Amazing!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Barranca! The property is one of the few that actually looks much better/bigger in person than in the photos. The concierge, Milagros, was great to work with and coordinated all our reservations/activities in a timely fashion. The staff at the house was also great. I would highly recommend staying here and I know we will be back!

Fantastic -- I would love to leave 10 stars!

This villa is stunning and even more impressive in person than the photos here suggest. There are so many areas in this home to spread out in, so even if you're with a large group of family/friends, you'll always be able to find a peaceful, quiet place to relax -- multiple sitting rooms and tropical outdoor verandas. The grounds and the internal space of the house are meticulously well-maintained by the staff. The home has two enormous master bedrooms -- one with a small view of the ocean in the distance from the giant balcony. However, all of the eight bedrooms are quite spacious, with A/C, TV and private bathrooms. If you are an active person, the house is within a 45-minute walk to the beach. The walk is pleasant and the sidewalk is covered by shade trees most of the way. I took the trip several times during our stay. The others in our group took our car -- that's a quick, 5-minute drive. Or 10 minutes by golf cart. The other fabulous part about this villa is the staff. First, there is Milagros who is the manager of the property. She instantaneously replied to any email or call during our entire visit. And she arranged for a private chef (Chef Basilio) to come and prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. That dinner was one of the highlights of this trip! So delicious:) Milagros also called for a jump when our rental car's battery went dead. Then there is the full-time staff at the villa. Dioscar, Yanet, and Chaveli. These employees keep the house in tip-top shape and were always available during the day. They can prepare light meals and drinks. Overall, I would love to give this house and its staff more stars than available here. I highly recommend this property and I hope to bring our family back again next Thanksgiving!

Good afternoon , location was great house is excellent . Service was one of the best we have ever have . Only big problem we encounter was with the Golf carts . the golf carts were old and were damage every day .That was the only problem after all everything was a great vacation .

Convenient location and comfortable space

We stayed between the holidays 2017 – two families with grown children, 11 adults total. The house is conveniently located mid-resort in a nice neighborhood – equal distance to the beach, marina complex and golf courses. It is airy and open and made the most of the lovely breeze and warm sun. The house is very spacious and private although the neighbors are close. The pool is well maintained but not heated. The hot tub was delightful. We were very comfortable in the house. The staff provided was pleasant but not very energetic. Basically, they did what we asked, were not very proactive and spoke no English. The chef also did not speak English. It was a struggle, even though we had someone in our party who was fairly proficient at Spanish. However, dinner at home was such a treat (as opposed to going out every night), we would recommend using a chef but making any language requirements very clear beforehand. The golf carts rented on our behalf were unreliable which limited our ability to get around the resort. Given the location of the villa, the golf carts are an important factor in being able to enjoy the resort.
