The hotel was super clean and the staff supportive for non Spanish speaking guests. The rooms were clean and bright and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options for everyone.

The hotel layout and design were nice. Its proximity to the seaside makes it an attractive place to stay. The suite was spacious and comfortable. There was however a questionable smell in the linens that remained even after the linen was changed. The offerings at the restaurant were diverse but the food can only be described as ordinary and lacked taste. Staff was pleasant generally. A three-star hotel that can easily be a four-star if some of these basics are addressed. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Loved our 1 day stay. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms/bathroom modern and large. We had a problem at check out with our invoice as there were charges on it that did not belong to us. It took an hour to sort out! This is the only thing that was not pleasant…

The room was big and clean. Property was nice. No beach access, dangerous neighborhood, no food options except for on the hotel property and they up charge a lot since they can there are multiple surcharges on your receipt. Staff is very slow and inattentive, we sat at our table for over an hour and nobody came to take our order. The staff doesn’t speak English and makes it very hard to communicate any issues. I’m a Hilton diamond member and this has been my worst experience. Pool towels didn’t get refilled either

The property was bright and new. The location was convenient for a stay prior to our Norwegian cruise leaving from LA Romana. Dining was a bit of an issue. Evening meal was overlooked by servers and then served cold. Breakfast buffet was available, but not included in price. Several guests were upset when charged (approx $22 USD) as it appeared to be included. Other than the dining issues, hotel and the view were very nice.

No accessible beach near or any activity. No offered shuttle to go anywhere (30$ us taxi for 5km ride) only one restaurant with limited hours not much on the menu and lots of waiting time. No entertainment at all. Food and beverages very expensive (non inclusive). Friendly staff and clean hotel only positive I have to say.

The rooms are large and very modern. The restaurant struggles to supply meals in a reasonable amount of time, this is the only dining establishment in the immediate area. The food is quite often only warm and can take a long time to receive it.

No transportation to a nearby beach. The menu never changes and the food is mediocre. The music is too loud. Trying to eat dinner and the place was almost empty and they refused to reduce the volume. Nothinng makes me more angry than someone who steels. They charged my husband $10 US for a small can of stale Pringles and didnt give him a receipt...I can just imagine in which pocket the $10 went. Terrible hotel. Go somewhere else.

We checked in on January 26/2024 and we found that there was a movie been filmed, in hotel. Asked for a drink in lobby, and was told it would take at least 20 minutes for bar scene to be finished. We couldn’t get to gym because of filming. Went for a walk and couldn’t get through front door, because of the filming. We should have been informed of all these inconveniences, before they accepting our reservation. Disappointed in Hilton hotels.

We arrived at the property at 5:00pm for check in and was told our room was not ready. We were not able to get into our room until after 6:15pm. The check in staff was not helpful with this issue. They did not even provide us with a free coffee while we waited. The F&B staff at the hotel is amazing and helpful. Overall the hotel is clean and nice.

Well, hotel is a beautiful setting. More seats in shade needed for cruising passengers. Did not expect being able to get to room early, but should be able at designated time. By dinner, hotel dining was so crowded that cruisers got no food for 2 1/2 hours & Many went to bed without!! Breakfast was better. But hotel felt safe. And clean. Work on training & more staff & chefs! Will maybe try again.

The hotel is modern and very clean. It’s a great place to spend the night before a cruise if you don’t need to eat. There isn’t anywhere walkable to eat and the restaurant is understaffed and the service was so bad that after sitting down for 30 min without any acknowledgment from staff I went out to the bar to get drinks to bring back to restaurant. The waiter never did bring me water and charged again for the drinks (have to pay for water) I paid for at the bar. It was a 2 hr wait to get food which was cold and mediocre. Even trying to pay our bill was quite the process. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the food situation.

The hotel is fantastic. So happy to have a place like this to stay in the city. It is super convenient if you want to experiment the city and the culture. The staff is super attentive and professional. The place is so quiet, perfect to rest and spend time with family. I couldn’t ask for a better place. This was just awful. The check in experience took forever. It was chaotic with no apology or communication. Staff are untrained and not friendly. Our room was dirty. We found makeup stains on our sheets and kindly asked housekeeping to change it and after a new set of sheets, there were disgusting coffee stains on it. The restaurant is despicable. The food is like dog food and the service is awful. Zero stars if possible. This is not reflective of the Hilton brand. Horrifying actually.

This hotel should not even be open,the staff are nice people but completely untrained, no one knows what they are doing, I had a HORRIBLE experience,two hours waiting at the only restaurant they have and then only brought out half the order and employees blaming the other employees and excusing themselves, went to bed New Years Eve without dinner,I’m not one to complain but this place is a complete untrained staff, a complete disaster of a stay, if you don’t want to throw away your money and time take my advice, stay somewhere else ,this franchise is putting the Hilton brand in the dumps of service ,Hilton should look into this
