When I arrived for check in they told me a dog peed on the carpet so they would be “upgrading” me to the Thalia family suite and would waive the $150 upgrade difference! "It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only true complaint was the neighbours upstairs were up at all hours of the night thumping across the floor with shoes that were really loud.
