"We had a great holiday as a family of twenty in this wing of the chateau. Bedrooms abounded and the indoor swimming pool was perfect as the weather was a bit sketchy. The main living dining area was very large but it would have been nice to have had one more room to use a a breakout area. "The castle is dramatic in it's contruction and the tour well worth the time. The hotel is part of the fort itself and is old and charming. Some rooms are being updated, but ours was already good. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking easy."
