Bright and functional duplex, in a residence ideally located, of human size, in the middle of the station of Serre Chevalier, between the old villages of Bez and La Salle les Alpes 300 days of sunshine a year. West-facing balcony, not overlooked, overlooking a park and the mountain At the reception of the Residence, you will find information and brochures on the various activities and seasonal events ... Access to the pool reserved for our only residence. At the shopping center of Pré Long 5 minutes walk you will find at least 3 sports shops, but also a supermarket, charcuterie-caterer, bakery, pharmacy, Tourist Office, ESF, Bureau des Guides, Cinema, market ... In the main street of the old village you can find all the products of the Hautes Alpes and small restaurant. Whether you love nature or sports, you can spend a week without a car! But you can also discover our rich mountain heritage, the Ecrins National Park, the Nevache valley, Briançon, or make a trip to Italy. SUMMER RATES in progress. Rent 7 consecutive nights from Saturday 4:30 pm to Saturday 10am. Less than 10% for 14 consecutive nights. In low season possibility of arrival and departure on 'measurement'. from 4 to 6 nights, see rates with the owner. Tourist tax extra per day and per adult see the terms and conditions with the owner.

We, again, had a wonderful time in this cosy apartment that is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and close to the ESF and to the shops. The owner and Helene have been super helpful and accommodating. (we forgot our keys in the apartment and Helene was kind enough to send it back to us, many thanks again!) There is a restaurant located within the building which is super convenient. We'll come back for sure!

Séjour très agréable ensoleillé et à l'abri de la canicule.appartement très bien tenu, bien situé et la piscine est un plus..Propriétaires tout à fait accueillants et coopératifs.
Nous avons passé d'agréable vacances. L'appartement est au pied des pistes. La résidence est sécurisée. Une gardienne est souvent présente, et est très serviable. Plusieurs infrastructures sont à disposition : tables de ping pong et babyfoot. La station est familiale, et tous les commerces sont accessibles rapidement.
Une excellente semaine. Des hôtes parfaits qui ont pris en compte tous nos besoins et nos contrariétés passagères. Emplacement idéal, appartement bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons pu profiter du balcon tous les jours lors d'une semaine ensoleillée. Formidable nous y retournerons bien volontiers
Location très agréable. Logement très fonctionnel, propre et calme ( petit bémol, la proximité de l UCPA avec des soirées très animées mais pas à proximité immédiate non plus, cela surprend un peu dans un tel calme). Vue magnifique.

Une machine à laver le linge aurait été la bienvenue… Hélène, la réceptionniste, est super gentille. Malgré la canicule exceptionnelle nous avons bien profité des balades en montagne et du plan d’eau Pontillas.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel dans une résidence calme avec ascenseur . Le local (avec casiers qui ferment à clef)au rez de chaussée est très pratique avec un accès direct au télésiège de la Casse du boeuf. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans l'appartement . Literie confortable . Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires que je remercie.
