Although the apartment measures only 35m², it has a separate BEDROOM, a bathroom with bathtub and separate, insulated toilet. What's more, the apartment has a 10m² south-facing TERRACE overlooking the Eychauda summit. The apartment is ideal for a family of 2 adults with 4 children or teenagers.

A free shuttle passes every 20min in front of the building and takes you in 5 min to the shopping center of Prélong or to the snow front.
During the high season, a PROXI SUPERmarket and a SKI RENTAL store https://www.robo-ski-snow.com/ open at the FOOT OF THE BUILDING.
In the SUMMER you are ideally placed to access all the activities: outdoor swimming pool Lac du Pontillas, municipal swimming pool, children's playground, trampoline, mini-golf, horse riding center, rafting, mountain biking...
