Nice rooms. Very friendly/helpful staff

A little on the outside of town but the staff could not be more helpful and friendly even with limited English. Girl at front desk told us about a must see castle ten minutes away that we were glad we saw before leaving town.

Moto trip

Quick check-in, got rather a small room facing the road, which was busy during day and also early morning, though ok at night. Loved the offered welcome drink as well as great breakfast buffet. Beds were super comfy, TV offered also international channels. Would come again.

Ne mérite pas quatre étoiles à mon goût, chambre beaucoup trop sombre, très mauvais éclairage eau de la piscine, pas chaude du tout nécessite quelques améliorations très bien il y a 10 ans en arrière mais pas aujourd’hui serrure qui fonctionne très mal tourne dans le vide Une seule clé pour deux le petit déjeuner avec des fruits ou pas mûr ou beaucoup trop pas de banque réfrigérante pour les produits frais, il trempe dans les glaçons nous sommes partis un jour avant car la météo n’était pas bonne et l’hôtel nous a pas donné envie de rester les restos des alentours sont une catastrophe pour certains hors de prix et pas bon.

Hôtel 4 étoiles auquel je ne reviendrai plus

Propreté parfait, literie impeccable, petit déjeuner excellent Restaurant nous avons attendu 30minutes avant de prendre la commande,alors que la salle était remplie à peine de moitié ! Encore 30minutes pour être servi ! Bof!! Chambre et salle de bain trop petite. Mais pour un 4 étoiles impensable une chaleur abominable, impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre car la route passe dessous et le bruit est infernal et le pompon un ventilateur qui fait autant de bruit que la route, même pas canal + je trouve que pour un 4 étoiles c’est plutôt pas terrible.

Complexe hôtelier magnifique, au pied des pistes de ski (Télécabine de l'Aravet) le personnel au Petits soins ! Petit bémol qui n'impacte pas l'hôtel ou le personnel, des clients bruyants, peu respectueux de la quiétude des autres...

Excellent accueil et service. Pour un quatre étoiles les sanitaires mériteraient d’être séparés de la salle de bain. Le lavabo de la SDB est vraiment trop petit. Tout le reste était parfait. La literie est excellente, la chambre assez spacieuse. Cependant, Il est préférable d’être situé côté intérieur au niveau du bruit si vous ouvrez la fenêtre.

Dejligt ophold

Personalet var meget imødekommende. De tilbød ekstra ting som ikke var på morgenmadsbuffeten. Vi nød, at der var kaffebord hver eftermiddag. Vi spiste middag på hotellet to af aftenerne, og det var også godt. Det eneste, der skuffede mig lidt, var spaen, som jeg dog benyttede.

Une petite mise au point s'impose

Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie il n'y a pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur (en plein mois d'août) ... de plus le sèche cheveux était en panne et apparemment la réception était au courant ! ... par contre un très mauvais point pour "hotel.com" qui annonce dans sa confirmation de réservation "bon à savoir > draps non fournis" ce qui est FAUX. D'autre part pourquoi nous avoir fait avancer 499.11€ alors que sur la note d'hôtel il n'est compté que 470.28€ merci d'apporter une explication plausible !!

Bel hôtel, bien situé pour randonner, visiter le parc des Ecrins. Personnel accueillant et agréable, patron également aux petits soins. Seul bémol, l accès à la piscine sur rdv et 30 minutes par personne mais compréhensible face au respect des règles sanitaires liées au Covid

Un super séjour à la salle les aples

L'hôtel se situe au pied de la piste et proche de toutes les activités, commerces et centre du village. Petit déjeuner super, l'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique. La chambre est jolie, moderne et propre avec une vue sur la montagne. Le restaurant de l'hotel est excellent avec les produits locaux frais et les plats sont copieux.

like : the employees are energetic and helpful - you will not be wanting nor waiting. not like : the room was looking towards the road which even though it is not right there, it is still noisy from early in the morning. Still the bed was so comfortable we stayed comfortably in bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and modern and the hotel is perfectly situated in front of a ski lift to get quickly onto the slopes if you’re skiing and it was absolutely perfect for seeing the firework display from the balcony. It’s great that the spa is adults only after a certain time. The only negative... It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t have a car park.
