Beautiful duplex apartment with 4 rooms, 2 bedrooms, a closed sleeping area, 2 toilets. Private parking space in the basement Beautiful southern exposure facing the slopes The apartment is located in the residence 'L'Alpaga, on the far right so calm, in the center of the resort, in the town of Villeneuve la Salle. Shops and ski lifts are 100m away Winter, very attractive price outside school holidays because we rent from Sunday noon to Saturday morning.
The brand new nautical stadium is 50m from the building. The station is equipped for the practice of many sporting and also cultural activities in summer as in winter: -piste skiing: 5 minutes from the Pontillas and Fréjus cable cars as well as the ESF and the Piou Piou club; possibility to return on skis. -Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, hiking, white water sports, horse riding, biotope swimming pool: all these activities are 100m away. -Guided tours to discover the very rich heritage of the villages in the valley. -The thermal baths of Monétier les Bains 10 minutes by car. -The fortified town of Briançon Vauban 15 minutes by car, with its heritage of classified sites

Appartement un peu petit niveau des chambres. Bon équipement pour faire la cuisine, bonne literie.Canapé peu confortable, manque de coussins.L'étendoir à linge trop petit pour 5 personnes. Abattant des WC du bas à remettre droit.Tarif du ménage élevé, la hotte était gluante.Petit centre commercial proche et bien achalandé.

Séjour très agréable. Le logement s’est avéré très fonctionnel pour une famille.
La boîte à clés offre une flexibilité sur l’heure d’arrivée.
Le format duplex du logement offre une bne répartition des volumes de vie / nuit.
Le hameau Le Bez est à 10 minutes à pieds des remontées mécaniques et des écoles de ski de Villeneuve. Tout peut se faire à pied.
Appartement très bien situé proche des télécabines. Equipé plus que complet. Très bons matelas dans les 2 chambres. Wifi offert dans l'offre mais pas disponible sur place, Pas d'info préalable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'été dans cet appartement.
Il est au calme , bien équipé , une petite terrasse sans vis à vis avec vue sur les montagnes bien agréable . Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces et restaurants et les nombreuses promenades dans un magnifique décor.

Om de Tour de France te zien was dit appartement aan de route gelegen, perfect. Wij kregen de Wi-Fi niet op onze telefoon. Alle instructies waren wel aanwezig maar alleen in het Frans.
Appartement Pierre et Vacances bien rénové et très bien équipé. Jolie vue dégagée sur le village du Bez depuis le balcon. Résidence calme. Bon emplacement comme point de départ de randonnées dans cette belle vallée. Séjour réussi donc.

Mon mari et moi même y avons séjourné une semaine avec notre petite fille de 4 ans et nous avons apprécié l’ensemble des prestations : les 2 SDB et WC ..la cuisine bien aménagée ...
La grande table ... le balcon spacieux et aménagé ... le joli point de vue et de plus la proximité des commerces et centres de loisirs . Nous y reviendrons probablement ...

Some things we found missing was wifi, a dryer for the ski-boots, where we could lock/put the skis in night and when we arrived it was quite cold in the apartment.
Apart from that, well equipped accommodation with close to most and with a very nice landlord. Recommend!

Excellente semaine. Je recommande sans hésitation cet appartement.
L’appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre et très bien équipé. Les pistes sont proches et le petit train navette gratuit s’arrete devant la résidence. Très pratique. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui est restée disponible et à l’ecoute pendant notre séjour. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue qui nous attendait à été très apprécié.
