Lou Miou's Bohemian Cabin Right on the Water

  • Only a few steps from the sea, enjoy a real holiday spirit in this small Mediterranean cabin nestled in a wooded garden with a bohemian tent for summer nights. Between naps in the hammock, aperitifs under the trees and returning from the beach on foot, Lou Miou invites you to idleness and the sweetness of Provençal life. 50 metres from the sea, beaches and water activities, all amenities within walking distance. 2 bicycles available. 1 parking space in a private fenced garden.

    The accommodation
    This fisherman's "hut" 1 minute walk from the sea and beaches consists of:
    * 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm bed, bedside tables and storage.
    * a fully equipped kitchen with sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, induction stove, table, chairs, TV as well as all the necessary crockery and kitchen equipment.
    * a bathroom with large shower (130X80), double sink and storage unit.
    * a toilet.

    In this Mediterranean garden of 250m² you will find:
    * a barbecue area under shade sail with a large table for family meals
    * an "aperitif" area essential for a good holiday
    * a hammock for essential summer naps
    * a Sahara tent (from 04/04 to 12/10) with a 140x190cm bed for romantic nights
    * a tropical outdoor shower nestled in the vegetation for beach returns
    * an outdoor toilet
    * a laundry room: washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment
    * High chair and cot available on request

    For information this cabin is located in a family area 1 minute walk from the sea and the beaches. Everything is done to spend a friendly holiday, however it is necessary to respect the area. Because not everyone will be on holiday during your stay we do not accept "parties", "events", music.....

    Because you have the freedom to choose, we do not systematically include the following costs in the price of our holiday rental, so are not included:
    - Cleaning: flat rate of €40 up to 3 nights / €60 from 4 nights if you do not wish to return the accommodation in the initial state of cleanliness and do so on your departure
    - sheets and towels/household linen: 10€ / person

Une perle rare !

Un petit écrin de verdure et de sérénité à quelques pas de la plage. Le cabanon est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût, l'espace extérieur est tout simplement magnifique.

Excellent séjour dans ce charmant cabanon

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au cabanon des Sablettes. Le cabanon lui-même est très joli et bien équipé et l’espace extérieur, arrangé avec beaucoup de goût, est extrêmement agréable. La proximité immédiate de la plage et la mise à disposition de vélos permet de se passer de voiture, ce qui est un immense avantage (pour les parents, comme pour les ados, qui vivent ainsi leur vie et en sont enchantés). Pour aller à Toulon, on peut emprunter un bateau-bus, très commode. Enfin, les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants. Une grande réussite !

Cabanon très propre et très bien équipé. Déco tout simplement sublime, tout est de bon goût dans les moindres détails. Voisins très accueillant et sympathiques. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr…

Paradisiaque. Un îlot de sérénité et de confort dépaysant à deux pas de la plage

Tout y est pour profiter de la plage de sable à proximité (club de plongée pour les amateurs) ou rester à l abris au calme dans un environment attrayant à la décoration soignée Le cabanon et le jardin dépaysants, au calme et plein d astuces et d aménagements pour s y détendre L équipement complet pour cuisiner dedans ou dehors, dîner à l intérieur ou sous les étoiles. Tout le nécessaire également pour le linge Une place de parking
