"Very lovely small hotel with perfect location in La Spezia. All restaurants are very close, the train station is just next door, and even the harbor is at walkable distance. Even if the hotel is centrally located, I wasn’t disturbed by the notices from outside. I normally wake up very easily. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice an cozy. Very beautiful interior. Especially I loved the bathroom’s jungle feeling. No breakfast in the hotel, but the coffee was good. Many breakfast places...

"Celsi es una mujer encantadora, nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno fue mejor que perfecto, croissant, magdalenas, tostadas, nutella, mermelada, zumo de frutas, y capuccino. Nos lo preparó y nos lo sirvió en la terraza, un 10. La cama comodísima, habitación enorme, servicio ultralimpio... Todo de 10/10. Compramos una pizza y nos la calentó en el horno. Trato formidable."

"Es una casa con 5 habitaciones... sin control... basura en la cocina. Gente fumando. Nos han desaparecido cosas de la nevera y la dueña o responsable del puso estaba de viaje. Tuvimos que ir a un bar a recoger las llaves y cuando llegamos no las tenían porque se las habían dado a otros huéspedes... Carece de las comodidades básicas. Una mal experiencia desde que llegamos. Se negó a devolver el dinero y encima quería cobrar por concepto de limpieza cuando uno de los baños estás inundado ( lo...
