Holiday Home 'Ca M'Suffit' with Private Heated Pool, Terrace and Garden

  • Located in La Tranche-sur-Mer, this charming 70 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, as well as both pod and filter coffee makers. The house features a washing machine, TV, and family-friendly amenities such as a baby cot and high chair.



    Outside, relax in your private garden or on the open terrace—perfect for outdoor meals and unwinding. The private heated pool is available from May to September, ideal for a relaxing stay. A plancha grill is also provided for outdoor cooking.



    Two shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience. Please note: parties are not allowed, the property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.



    Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.



    The house is in the sought-after Phare district, within walking distance of the beach and town center, yet offers the peace of a residential area. Cycle paths and many water activities are nearby, allowing you to explore La Tranche-sur-Mer without a car.
