This pleasant flat of about 44m² is composed of a living room with flat screen TV and a convertible sofa bed, an open kitchen equipped with a 4 hotplates cooker and electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with one 140cm bed each, a bathroom and an independent toilet.

You can enjoy the large garden surrounding the house!

Settle outside for lunch and grilling with its charcoal barbecue.

PETS NOT ALLOWED - PARKING ON THE COMMON AREA

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. Appartement en mauvais état

Cet appartement a beaucoup de défaut. Douche qui ne s'évacue pas , qui a provoqué des inondations dans la salle de bain. Meuble de terrassa en très mauvais état. BBQ cassé. Plafond qui s'écaille. Toilette en très mauvais état. Fuite sous l'évier....
