Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Ort Ronce-les-Bains / La Tremblade hat Geschäfte und Restaurants und ist ideal an der Atlantikküste gelegen, das Haus liegt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, in der es auch viele Bäume gibt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses stammt tatsächlich aus den 1960-70ern aber ist trotzdem angenehm. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist ebenfalls sehr nett.
... mit nostalgischem Charme. Heißt: Die Einrichtung ist ca. 40 Jahre alt und ist vermutlich noch die Originaleinrichtung der Eigentümer. Wir kennen das schon von früheren Frankreichreisen und es stört uns nicht besonders. Wir verzichten im Urlaub gerne auf TV und WLAN. Wer jedoch ein modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus erwartet, wird enttäuscht werden.
Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien könnte mal aufgestockt bzw. ersetzt werden. Auch die verschiedenen Lampen und alten Stereoanlagen, die überall in der Wohnung versteckt sind, könnten mal entsorgt werden.
Die Lage des Hauses ist relativ zentral und man ist schnell am Markt oder im Zentrum.
Ansonsten haben die Vermietung und die schriftlichen Absprachen mit der Vermieterin hevorragend und unkompliziert geklappt.
