Repos et plaisir assurés

Nous étions deux familles, 9 personnes en tout, sur les drux étages, et avons bénéficié de tout l'espace nécessaire pour tous. Commodités parfaites et vue improbable. Quel beau séjour ! Près de plusieurs endroits parfaits pour la baignade et le surf! Merci beaucoup à Jatie et a notre hôte!

Magnifique

Emplacement idéal, en bord de mer "pieds dans l'eau " et au calme. Maison qui réunit 2 appartements (2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée et 3 chambres au 1er étage), propre , confortable, bien équipée et proche des commerces Accueil chaleureux, communication aisée.

Si vous cherchez une villa dans un village de pêcheurs pour découvrir la Martinique, Accueil très bien organisé, propriétaire et gestionnaire à l'écoute. Équipements très complet. Bref un séjour vraiment réussi. Je ne peux que conseiller A découvrir

Séjour en famille, villa très agréable.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines à LaCocoteraie, au moment du carnaval, en famille : 10 personnes, 3 générations, nous avons donc réservé l'intégralité de la villa et y étions parfaitement à notre aise. Parfaitement conforme à sa description et aux magnifiques photos, elle est parfaitement équipée et agréable à vivre. Denis a été très disponible pour faciliter notre séjour, de même que Gilles et son délicieux planteur.

Villa familiale dans quartier tranquille en bord de mer

Nous sommes restés en famille, à 8, pendant 15 jours dans la villa et on était tous très content de notre séjour, aussi bien les jeunes 25-35 ans que nos parents 60ans. La villa est très bien située, dans un quartier calme avec une vue superbe sur la baie. Le petit bourg de Tartane est agréable, on allait à pied à la boulangerie, labsuperette de la station essence, y a aussi quelques restaurants avec de la cuisine locale que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. On avait des algues devant chez nous mais la plage du village à 5 min à pied était propre. On allait surfer sur les plage un peu plus vers le bout, à 5min en voiture. :) on a aussi fait des randonnées dans le coin, soit en partant à pied de la maison soit à 5 min en voiture. On a aussi louer des canoë à la villa une journée pour 12 euros. Il y a un petit îlet qu'on voit depuis la villa dans la baie et on est alles y nagé, pour les nageurs confients, c'était super. La villa à un jacuzzi sur la terrasse du rez de chaussé et on en a bien profité! Les deux cuisines sont très bien équipées toutes les deux. Les chambres ont chacune leur air conditionné. L'hôte est tres disponible par téléphone et le voisin sur place qui s'occupe de la villa est aussi tres disponible. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, nous reviendrons.
