Villa "Glaz - River View of Crac'h" with Terrace

Welcome to Villa Glaz, a unique and modern house designed by a renowned architect, offering comfort right on the water’s edge.



Ideally located, you can do everything on foot: from the house, follow a pleasant coastal path to the port in 5 minutes, shops in 10 minutes (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy), and the nearest beach in 15 minutes. You can even arrive by train at Auray station and take the bus that stops right in front of the house at the “Passage” stop.



Set by the water, Villa Glaz offers a stunning panorama where fishing boats glide by. Enjoy the nearby slipway for swimming or launching your kayak or paddleboard—just 2 minutes’ walk to the left of the house.



Tastefully renovated, the house features elegant décor: light wood floors, cozy armchairs, a stylish kitchen with blue-green tiles, and a dining table for 10 facing the sea. Large bay windows connect the interior and terrace into a single living space focused on the water.



Five spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with three bathrooms: one contemporary with walk-in shower, a second classic with bathtub, and a third with shower. A plancha grill, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, oil, vinegar, and sugar are provided.



Bed linen and towels are included—just unpack and relax! Final cleaning is available for an extra charge. For weekend stays (2 nights), linen and cleaning are optional for an extra charge.
