"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The bungallow was spacious, with a large bathroom and shower. Also a covered patio with a table and chairs where we enjoyed relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with great variety of choices and pleasant atmosphere. We also enjoyed the swim-up bar and the warm pool. Staff were amazing! They made every effort to make our stay comfortable. What a great place!"

"Everything was perfect. The employees were very helpful, the room was clean, and there was free coffee available all day. They also shared maps and great recommendations for the best places to visit during our trip. The view is amazing — when we had nothing to do, we would just sit, look at the scenery, and enjoy a glass of wine. The location is also perfect, literally next to everything. There’s a convenience store, pizza place, and restaurants right next door, and parking is only about a 30-second walk away. Since it’s a B&B, you can sometimes hear noise or other guests if they aren’t respectful with time and sound, but that’s not on the property itself. Breakfast in the morning was excellent — gallo pinto and huevos were delicious."

"Good: Excellent view of volcano. Plenty of species of birds on property. Decent room with separate shower and in-room jacuzzi. Got help changing the flat tire and perfect location of where to get it fixed. Not so good: Breakfast was ok at the best. Mixing lots of ice in the juice is not the best way to save money. Breakfast items needed labels so people with allergies or vegetarians can decide. They did it 2nd day after complaint. If there's a coffee in the room then keeping tea bags shouldn't be a big deal. And sending guests to get tea bags from restaurant is not a good practice at the front desk."

"Las habitaciones son excelentes como siempre, casi no soy de comer pero me parece que si estás pagando un todo incluido en los snack deberían de dar las porciones que gusta de una vez, y no solo que el personal te diga solo te puedo dar un pedazo de pizza o una hamburguesa… no me gustó que le dijeran eso a mi esposo y mi papá. Ya en pandemia habíamos ido y pasó lo mismo, pero pensé que era por pandemia. Ahora volvimos a ir y sigue siendo lo mismo definitivamente no volvería"
