"A Truly Memorable Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It! My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time! If you’re looking for a peaceful, genuine, and high-quality stay in Mauritius, whether you’re local or visiting from abroad, we can’t recommend this hotelenough. We’ve already started recommending it to our friends and colleagues in Canada who are thinking about visiting Mauritius! "We stayed at C Mauritius for 12 nights for our honeymoon, from 15th June 2025. We’d read about the East Coast of Mauritius being particularly windy in Mauritian “winter” but the amazing reviews made it a risk worth taking. And the reviews aren’t wrong! We loved every minute of our stay at C Mauritius Palmar. From the room and terrace (a Prestige suite) and welcome gifts, to the delicious food and drinks, beautiful pools and beach, and most important of all, the friendly and professional service from all staff - it exceeded our expectations! This was our first time in Mauritius and the hotel team made us feel so welcome. They speak English and French (and other languages like Italian), are always happy to help and helped us organise a driver to other parts of the island quickly (thanks Olivier)! We want to thank Jai, Jasmine, Vicky, Abishek, Moon, the chefs and so many others on the service team whose names we didn’t get. Catherine makes incredible eggs and omelettes! Vidhi and colleagues at reception were a pleasure to speak with. Reshma and Mega were wonderful message therapists in the spa ❤️ thanks too to the housekeeping, laundry and gardening teams for doing such a great job every day! "Le Preskill island resort is nestled by a crystal-clear lagoon on the south east coast of Mauritius. What I liked most about the hotel is the stunning sea view, mountain, additional facilities, restaurant, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's customer service is truly exceptional. The staff ( Alain, Mackline, Shenaz, Deepak, Ravi Sankonah, Ravi Teelwah, Chrisna, Anand, Pravin, Cindy ) were great, very welcoming and helpful. The food was terrific. The restaurant serves Mediterranean, local, Asian, and European cuisines. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and the amenities were top-notch, with friendly staff, so I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Our stay at LUX was exceptional. The amenities are clean, the staff is ultra nice. The beach in front of the hotel is probably the best we’ve visited. We were there for our honeymoon and for my husband’s birthday and we were spoiled with so many surprises, like champagne, cake, massages, cocktails mixing class and a number of other things. There is also so much to do, that if you wish, you don’t have to leave the hotel. There is a program with number of events every day - for children and for adults. We visited the spa, used the tennis court, went to the cinema night. Everything was perfect during our stay."

"We travelled from Australia and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius, let me tell you hands down this is one of the best hotels I have been to with breathtaking sea views, private beach, beautifully unique designed hotel and best five star in class service. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a friendly smile. All the staff were very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the reception staff and management for helping us plan our days accordingly to what we liked. Thank you to security at the front of the hotel for your exceptional service and friendly smiles each day. Thank you to the hotel staff for ensuring our room was clean and tidy to perfection each day. There is one highlight that we will never forget which is the dine in at the Tek Tek restaurant with our own private chef. The six course menu was inspired by the islands rich culture and let me tell you the food was on another level with the combination of flavours the dishes were perfection. Each dish was made with love from the Chef. Thank you Chef Shiva and Helper Karan for the most wonderful night and dine in experience you both made our experience staying at Mauritius incredible. We hope to see you both again soon. If you would like a luxurious stay I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. 🙂"

"We had mobility scooters and this hotel was easy and very accommodating for guests needing help or additional needs. The hotel might improve food services as there did not seem to be alternate choices in close vicinity although for our short stay it was adequate and the happy hour and breakfast met our needs."
