"I always enjoy staying at Preskil but I had a bit of a bad experience on my check in on Monday, 3 August. I arrived at 9h00 at the hotel and i know that check in was only at 14h00. We sat at the check in area the whole day and my room was not ready at 14h00. The communication was not so clear and if i have known it will take over the check in time i could have gone for a scrub at the spa that time. My 1 colleague had a room 2 hours before me and i sat there till 14h30 without knowing it will take that long. Tired and over it by then."

"The room was as advertised; a good size, comfortable and with a great sea view. The bathroom was a little tired. We had booked room only and paid for a continental breakfast on 2 days. The selection was adequate. Bar snacks, lunch and dinner menus had a good selection. Our room was steps from the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and lounges and the area was well maintained daily. A great cafe and several restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking was available across the road. Every staff member we engaged with were professional and very friendly. We understand that the property will be undergoing a major renovation / rebuild in the near future which should upgrade the standard of the bathrooms and the guest amenities. We hope the one thing that doesn't change is the staff. Across all the services they were exceptional, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and enhance our stay."

The facility itself is wonderful, offering everything we needed for a perfect family vacation, and the service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. The staff consistently made sure we were well taken care of. The only piece of constructive advice I have for the property management is regarding the windows and doors. The weather during our stay was so lovely, but we couldn't leave the doors or windows open to enjoy the fresh breeze without inviting bugs and insects inside. Installing screen nets on the doors and windows would completely solve this issue and allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful climate indoors. Overall, it was a superb experience, and we highly recommend it!"
