Incredible View #3 at The Dwellings

Inside every Dwelling, you will find a great balance of modern designs, classic touches, and technology features. This unit can accommodate up to 3 guests with a king bed and a pullout sofa sleeper.

We have excellent wifi with speeds up to 200Mbps per unit.

We do our best to provide many amenities during your stay with us including 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, and the items below. We recommend you bring beach towels for the river or nearby lakes, specialty cooking items or small grills, spices for cooking, and extra paper products.

This unit is NOT pet friendly. There is a minimum $250 fine if a pet is found. Pets are not allowed in this unit.

There is now on-site staff in the office that also has a convenience store and women's boutique from the hours of 8AM to 7 PM. If you need anything during your stay after closing you can reach staff at our direct line.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit 50% deposit.

This was a great place to stay, everything was very clean, we loved the back patio with the charcoal grill. We stayed in a pet friendly room it was so nice to be able to bring our pups with us. They were very responsive with our communication. We will definitely stay here again. Q
