ZC1 Home Away From Home Near Zion

A two bedroom, two bath home with full kitchen makes this an ideal place to set up headquarters for your tour of the National Parks located here in Utah.

This modest 1,000 sq. ft. home has everything you need with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to sleep 6.

Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a single daybed and an on-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and a variety of small appliances. 

The unit is also equipped with a propane BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you!  We also have an antenna that gives you about 18 local channels.

Guests have access to the entire house, washer and dryer, barbecue, our cottonwood grove and other amenities found in the back portion of our property.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.

You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.

Great location for visiting Zion

We stayed here during a road trip visiting various Utah National Parks. This was a great location to visit Zion from. The unit was well equiped and could easily support a longer stay.

Weekend Family Trip to Zion

Very conveniently located home in proximity to Zion. Local hiking access also hardly 5 minutes away and close to local coffee shops and restaurant. Clean home in a quiet spot FAR from I-15. Hope to visit again with mountain bikes!

Zion National Park Trip

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting Zion National Park. The place was as listed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having a bathroom off of each bedroom was great for two couples. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to the park.

Four Night Stay in La Verkin, Utah

Our family had a lovely stay at this super clean,nicely furnished, well equipped spacious rental.in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well supplied. Location is close to restaurants and a very good supermarket, House has a patio with a gas grill which came in handy when preparing dinner. I would,therefore, not hesitate to recommend!!!!

great location

Perfect location. Really comfy beds but need better sheets, they slipped off the corners during the night. The living room and dining furniture are very worn. Dirty dishes in the cabinets,and kitchen floor needed mopped. The bathroom really needs a deep clean and the fan vents were covered with dust.If we were to stay here again, I would pack some cleaning supplies.

We only stayed here one night as we came down to Springdale just to see a concert at the Biy & Spur. I will for sure stay here again for any Zion National Park kind of trip. I loved that both bedrooms had their own private bathroom. We had 2 couples in our party so it was perfect. The location is close to a nice Maverick gas station, a grocery store, several restaurants and just a short 25 minute drive to Springdale and the entrance to Zion Nation Park. The condition of the place was pristine as it was clearly a very recently built property. No complaints whatsover. Highly recommended!

Fantastic--with only 1 little "bump"

House was perfect with loads of special touches--condiments etc. Close to restaurants. Exceptionally clean and easy to "check in" with door code. Beds were very comfy.Owners very helpful. Only suggestion is to round out the sidewalk/driveway to get rid of "trip" edge. Hard to see the edge. My foot caught it while walking to the door and I did a face plant. Bruises and scrapes not fun just before our Zion hiking.

This home was so cute and perfect! My family and I only stayed for one night however we wished we stayed longer! It was perfect distance form Zion national park! The house itself was so clean and cozy! It had everything we needed and more! I will be coming back here for sure!

We hiked Angel’s Landing, Emerald Pool, the Narrows , in Zion, and Navajo Loop in Bryce Canyon. We also drove through Caramel Tunnel. Great vacation.
