"I was told there would be a shuttle to and from the airport. I called the front desk when I arrived at the airport. The front desk informed me the shuttle was not working and that they would assist me with a Uber. They said they would send me an Uber link to my phone so I could have one pick me up. I called multiple times and said the link never was sent to my phone. I ended up paying for the Uber they never compensated me for it. When I arrived in my hotel room, I had to go down to the front desk because I had no shampoo, soap or towels in my room. When checking out you would think they would credit me or anything for my two nights but nothing was offered. "

"We arrived late after a long day of events, only to find out that Embassy had overbooked their rooms, leaving us without 2 of our 3 rooms reserved. They did send us over to their sister hotel, for the same fee…. Which meant we went from a two room suite to a small one room stay… not quite the same thing at all for the same price! Secondly, we got a call the next morning telling us we needed to get out of our rooms, because they overbooked in that hotel, and they needed our rooms to be freed up for that night. We are usually very pleased with Embassy, but this was extremely frustrating and not at all the caliber of service we have grown to expect and receive from this chain. We have been Hilton Honors members for years, and this was incredibly disheartening."

"Quiet nice hotel"

"We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean with just some minor stains on the sofa. The staff were helpful and got us an extra pillow when we asked. If you need a dark room to sleep, bring a sleep mask. I forgot mine and it was a bit bright, but I was still able to sleep. Just some information to help prepare someone, not a complaint at all! This hotel is close to everything we needed for the night and next morning, which was super helpful. We were also glad that the breakfast was more than cereal and bread! Having protein options for breakfast meant we didn't have to go buy breakfast. We'll stay there again if we're going through Council Bluffs. It was an excellent experience."

"A dated property that has been kept up. Popcorn ceilings. Good Location if you deal with West Omaha. Easy Parking. Breakfast was cold. Front Desk Staff friendly. The closet was pegs on the wall with hangers."

"Our 2nd stay at this location. Room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. Only issue was during the complimentary happy hour one of the staff that took our order said it was only good for one drink on the menu. No other choices. He/she/they/them then made a smart @ss comment saying that “it’s the only choice- get over it—-it’s free”. Being a bit intoxicated already I wasn’t in the mood to complain but the comment was not necessary. So if I wasn’t so intoxicated it likely wouldn’t have been pretty—- so despite the staff member being a dooshBag our stay was pretty amazing."
