Holiday Home 'Cypress House' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in a quiet residential area of La Zubia, the holiday home 'Casa de los Cipreses' offers 800 m² of space for a comfortable stay. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (the main with a double bed, the other two with two trundle beds each), two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Maximum capacity is 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, wood stove, TV, air conditioning, and washing machine. A cot and high chair are available on request.



The private outdoor area includes a fenced pool (open from May 15 to September 30), open terrace, barbecue, and an additional covered terrace. Nearby you will find public transport, as well as a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bars, and tourist attractions. The center of La Zubia and a panoramic view of the Vega de Granada are just a 5-minute walk away. Granada is 10 minutes away by public transport, and the area is ideal for cycling, hiking, and jogging.



The house has energy and water-saving systems. There is a security system at the entrance facing the street to monitor the garden, without affecting common areas. Self check-in is available. Although the property has a vegetable garden, no organic products will be offered to guests. One pet is allowed.

Amazing. Hosts were super nice and helpful. You would need a car or access to a Taxi app as little out of the way but we wanted that. Still only 15 mins from Granada Central.

Was een prachtige huis met alles er op en er aan

Pros: De gast vrijheid was echt super. Netjes ontvangen door de eigenaar. Huis was netjes schoon maar ruikte een klein beetje muf. Dat was eigelijk echt het enige. Oja de bedden zijn een beetje hard. Maar locatie was echt top en de rest er om heen ook Cons: De bedden lagen erg hard. Verder niks te klagen eigelijk. Klein dingetje dat het een beetje muf ruikte.
