Every person ,other than 2 staff members ( possible manager with a supervisor talking about rooms) said hello which was warming. Loved how most of the staff you could easily approach and ask for assistance (other than being sent to 2 diff places to get my locker fixed since it wouldn't lock). My room at first glance was very clean and the bed i could actually sleep on comfortably. I found what could've been jam and a lollipop under the table in the room which was fixed quickly. Easy check in and check out. Had a great time would definitely recommend going there. When going up to the water slides there should be air vents bc it gets too hot in the middle so if you get hot easily i wouldn't go on the slides. Wave pool and jacuzzi was the best place for me.

My family enjoyed our visit to Great Wolf Lodge. However for a family this trip was very expensive. The lodge was not close to much if anything so we ended up eating at the lodge for 4 days, if I had known the area was not close to outside eating establishments, we might have reconsidered this trip. I noticed other families bringing in food and other items for their stay, I understood after our first meal. If we decide to come again I will make sure I do things differently.

The comforter on one of the beds had what appeared to be boo boo stains in several spots. After bringing it to their attention they had the room cleaned and linens changed. They also put a $50 credit on my account as if that was sufficient when I paid $800 for our stay. However the water park and activities were great. The kids really enjoyed everything. We had pizza and wings from Hungry as a Wolf and burgers from Buckets and neither were anything to brag about. Especially the $16 burger from Buckets….

It was very convenient ordering food on app and having the water park right there with the rooms. It wasn’t too far to get to anything. The kids loved the MagiQuest game. Service at Barnwood was slow and the server a bit forgetful. We stayed a longer than we wanted due to waiting on the server. Recommend getting a Wolf pass for older kids to save on attractions outside of water park. We stayed 4 nights which is a night or two too long.
