In the magnificent Comminges Pyrénées region, you'll enjoy a peaceful holiday in this gîte, where there are plenty of places to visit and things to do: the ViaGarona hiking trail is 4km away (pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela), one of France's most beautiful villages and a Grand Site in the Occitanie region, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, is 13km away, the lake and golf course of Montréjeau are 13km away, the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin is 22km away, and finally the spa and ski resort of Luchon-Superbagnères is 39km away and Spain 40km away. In the heart of the old spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, a few kilometres from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse comprises 3 adjoining units: the owners' home and 2 self-catering cottages. Shared parking for the 2 gîtes. Terrace and private garden to the rear. Non-smoking house. Ground floor: entrance, living room, kitchen, utility room, WC. First floor: reading area off the hallway, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm + shower room/WC) (1 double bed 160cm) (2 bunk single beds 90cm), shower room, WC. Gas central heating payable from 1/10 to 31/05. Pets accepted with an additional deposit of €50. Fête votive on the last weekend in August: 4 nights with dances and orchestra. No smoking.
