Welcome to our little fisherman's house.
Let yourself be seduced by its seaside atmosphere, its charm and its location, between the ocean and the pine forest.
Single-storey maisonette, with an area of 30m2 0m2, on a property of 900m2, located in the south of the Landes in the commune of Labenne Océan, in a residential area, 2 minutes from the beach on foot and the forest on foot (Ste Thérèse chapel sector).

Ideal accommodation for two: Functional, comfortable, carefully equipped and decorated in the "seaside" spirit.

Minimum stay of three nights.

* Main room with laminate flooring, sofa, coffee table, Lunch table and chairs, 80 cm flat screen TV, internet by connection sharing only.
*Kitchen area with deep drawer, corner cabinet with swivel interior, wall unit, sink, 4-burner gas stove; fridge with milling machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various crockery...
*Functional bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel dryer and toilet .
* pretty bedroom with a 140/200cm bed, plus wardrobe.
*Terrace out of sight allowing you to enjoy the ocean sweetness in the evening (Table, chairs, parasol).
*Ideal location for ocean lovers (For lovers in general too!! ). Perfect accommodation for surfers (the spot is within walking distance of the house), walkers (the forest is also a 2-minute walk away) or bikers (the cycle paths are very close).
*Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is provided.
*End-of-stay cleaning included in the price (departure instructions to be respected however).
*Easy parking for 1 normal-sized vehicle on the front. Accommodation not equipped for the connection of an electric vehicle.
