The bathroom is a room with a few showers that is shared by the entire floor, it was so dirty, wet and gross that I didn’t even want to step in it. I was placed in a room with other 4 big men and the vibe in the entire place was just shady. At night it was impossible to sleep, you can hear every little thing from the entire property. "This must be one of the worst hostels I've ever been. Also, there was an issue with my booking (I let you guys judge who's right or wrong). Details at the end (long story). Pros: friendly staff (except the manager), good location (next to metro, and supermarket), and in the quiet neighbourhood. Cons: shower: doesn't work and broken. I stayed in two rooms and both have some issues. Noisy: the manager kept checking people in after midnight, in and out of the room several times. Room: no ladder...

"Convenient location. Shower was a little bit of a problem and couldnt get decent hot water. Was clean and comfortable enough. For the price you pay definitely does the job"

"Staff at check-in was quite disinterested and did not provide any information about the property or local area. Security is quite poor, door to the room did not lock and no lockers available for personal belongings (apparently this is being renovated). Reception staff offered to store any valuables, but I discovered afterwards that the "safe storage area" was a completely open room where anybody had access. Nonetheless, property was quite clean. Would be a reasonable option for budget travellers...

"The amazing staff absolutely makes the wiki experience awesome. I wanted to get out of the hustle of Rome and it was a nice little getaway. A few drawbacks. Wifi is spotty and our room had a pretty sticky door with the adjacent bathroom being equally loud so hard to come in and out unnoticed. Another thing for me which is unusual for a hostel is no outside liquor. I wouldn’t choose it again for that reason alone. "Staff were amazing, the best i’ve ever encountered. The rooms however, not as impressive. The bathroom was the major issue. So right and cramped and NOTHING like the images they have online. But again, the staff were so lovely and kind it. Made up for everything else."

"This hostel would have had a much better rating from me, if they'd allowed us to check in. I'd notified the Hostel that we would be checking in late, at around 2 am, in advance. I heard nothing back and again stated the late check in on the app. The Hostel has "247" in it's name! They would not let us in. We were 2 older men traveling together and were now stuck in a dangerous area at 2 am. We ended up buying bus passes and riding the transit system until 7 am, then went back at 8 am and waited...

"The property is right in front of the metro, can be a little noisy during busy hours, but overall is pretty nice. Room was cleaned daily, and any problems we had were dealt with quickly. This place was a nice, cute room near Colosseum and easy access to the subway!"
