  • Blauer Blick welcomes you to Laboe, a coastal town in Probstei known for its submarine memorials. Located in the heart of Probstei, the "granary of the North," this 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features 1 bedroom and a living room with additional sleeping options. There is a bathroom with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, plus a separate toilet. The open kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals.



    Enjoy your private terrace with awning and the shared garden directly at the forest's edge. You can use an electric grill or enjoy evenings around a fire bowl in the garden. The garden is suitable for badminton or other activities, and there is a small sandbox for children. The house provides some games and books. Nearby, you'll find a soccer field and a tennis court.



    Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee.



    For stays under 3 nights, bed linen and towels are not included. You may bring your own, or an optional linen package is available for an extra fee.



    The beach, promenade, and town center with restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. The town offers bike and watersport rentals, as well as courses bookable directly at the beach. There is also a mini golf course. Shops are located at the entrance to the village.

Schön sanierte Wohnung in älterem Haus

Angenehme Lage und schön geräumig

Pros: Wir haben nur wenige Tage in Laboe verbracht, haben uns aber in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie befindet sich am westlichen Rand von Laboe direkt an einem Wäldchen in schön ruhiger Lage. Man hat keinen Blick aufs Wasser, das war uns aber von vorne herein klar, wird also auch nicht negativ bewertet. Da Laboe nicht allzu groß ist, erreicht man Hafen und Zentrum bequem zu Fuß in 5 bis 10 Minuten. Der Garten des Hauses war in der Zeit in der wir da waren "gepflegt verwildert" und ich meine das ausdrücklich positiv - also mit deutlicher Betonung auf "gepflegt". Wer aber englischen Rasen erwartet, könnte enttäuscht werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Das Haus ist älter, die Wohnung aber liebevoll renoviert und bietet alles in allem gute Ausstattung und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben uns dort rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Laboe wäre diese Wohnung wahrscheinlich wieder unsere erste Wahl.
