"We hebben helaas het huis na 3 nachten moeten verlaten vanwege de vreselijke branden in de Gironde, angstaanjagend om zo’n groot vuur in de buurt te hebben terwijl het zo warm en droog was. De laatste dag zijn we teruggekomen om onze achtergelaten spullen op te halen en mochten van Vivien nog een extra nachtje blijven, dat was heel fijn!Het huis is in potentie een geweldig verblijf, heerlijk groot zwembad, ruime tuin omringt door bos met herten en ruime woning met 3 slaapkamers, 8 slaapplaatsen en 2 badkamers. Helaas is het huis echt niet schoon, veel oude stofnesten en spinnenwebben en schimmel in de douchecel.De tuin en terras is wat kaal, zou mooi zijn als er wat Oleanders of anderen bloemenstruiken zouden staan, wat meer aankleding.De sloten op de toegangsdeuren werkten niet naar behoren, deze moeten worden nagekeken.Deze plek is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers."

"Le gîte était vraiment bien, propre et décoré avec goût. La piscine est un bonheur après 6h de moto.Et en plus nous avions... un chat pour nous tenir compagnie .Bravo .Je conseille ce gîte, nous reviendrons.Mr Brun."

"Enjoyed our stay here, lovely place. Highly recommended. Set in a fantasic natural area. Apartment was a 1 bed, adequate for our needs and good value for money. It was well equipped for 4, great for 2+2 little kids, but would say get a larger apartment for 4 adults. Plenty of storage. Staff are great and very helpful. Pool is not open until Middle of May, although Expedia information says Mid April. Food shopping in Hourtin centre nearby. "
