"The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from. If this did not happen I would give this spa a 5 star rating. The rest of my stay was excellent...the room...the fireplace...the river view spectacular!...Thank you to Jean Guy and Elisa for yoga and Mageline for the suberp massage...I did not get to try the hot baths or other amenities but there were always people using these facilities...next time!...thank you Also to Princess Marie and Patricia at the front desk j'ai bien pratiquer mon francais."

"J’ai toute aimer sauf deux choses . Les Photos de la salle de bain je n’avais pas la même. J’avais un bain douche et sur la photo c’était une douche vitrée. Aussi le chauffage fait un bruit fou à 5:00 du matin !! Ns sommes réveillés en sursaut. Sinon tout est beau "

"Personnel agréable. La piscine chauffée et spa sont excellents. Le matelas pas confortable et très dur Du moins dans ma chambre Et pour la propriété un bon nettoyage de la chambre ferait pas de tord Il avait beaucoup de poussière et la vitre de douche a pas été frotté souvent Malgré que je recommande cette hôtel pour la cheminée au bois Pour la proximité des sevices Resto,épicerie etc... Et pour le prix "
