Lac Hughes

There were no on-site staff, though there were cleaning people. I only got check-ininstructions a few hours before I arrived so if someone from the unconnected Business in the same building weren’t there, which was a bar, to help me with Wi-Fi I might not have been able to get my instructions easily. The place was beautiful very clean. However, the bar had some not very good music in the evening until about 10 o’clock, and also the voices coming from that restaurant bar were clearly audible from my room. Sunday night it was not a problem but Monday night I was glad I only had the one more night to stay. They gave me earplugs with my amenities,which I didn’t understand until later monday evening.

The staff support is pretty incredible here.

This hotel is awful. Staff are very kind and helpful, however, this building is completely run down. Our duvet had no cover on it, and the couch was too scary to sit on. The bathroom counter had lipstick stains on it. And the ‘pool’ looks like something out of a motel murder mystery. Wouldn’t stay there again if you paid me. Gross and unpleasant.
