The staff at this property are amazing and accommodating! This was my first time staying here and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone here in a short stay. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, the free breakfast was amazing and the location in proximity to the college was perfect!

We stayed in Ramada for two nights to attend a family wedding. I had requested a King room but it was so spacious with a sofa and two arm chairs that I thought we must have been given a King Suite. However, such was not the case. It was a regular King bed room and it was lovely! One thing that not so good was the TV… it did not have good clarity. The morning breakfast was quite substantial although I thought fresh fruit such as bananas, apples and mini oranges would have been nice.

I had an unexpected in lac la biche i was able to book a room at the Ramada the front deck person wes very friendly and had me checked in quickly, the rol was bery well equipped and tje bed wad very comfortable i had a great sleep and the free hot breakfast was amazing

Everything at Ramada Lac La Biche was quite satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious with all the supplies needed in the bathroom area. The only recommendation would be to change the mattress in the king bed. Every movement made it difficult to get comfortable and to sleep. It’s a good thing there was a couch which was slightly more comfortable to sleep in.

We were on the first floor which had also has a door to the parking lot. It was nice to bring our luggage directly to the room from our vehicle, but there was about 1/2 inch gap between the door and the frame making us feel a little unsafe. The room was dirty in corners, walls mirrors. Stove looked like wiped with a dirty cloth. Dated with chips in furniture and wall. Often had difficulty with the card swiping into the room. Reception staff very nice. Breakfast was fine. Would probably not stay there again.

Arrived to The hotel late last night and the front desk staff was inpatient. Somewhat rude when dealing with myself and my elderly aunty. He needs to learn customer service and how to deal with customers instead being rushed. I had paid for my room last night and I asked for my receipt and he wasn’t going to until I gave a great fuss that I wasn’t walking away until I get a receipt that I paid last night. My aunty same thing was being rude to her when she stepped up to pay her room. He told her to live aside he wasn’t dealing with her yet but with me. It was the way he seemed frustrated or overwhelmed. Idk but other than him the sleep was good, room was perfect n the checkout lady was very professional and polite with good customer service. An Edmonton stay customer.

Clean, comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff

Quick trip to Lac La Biche on May 22, and stayed at the Ramada, as we typically do. Everything was fantastic, as usual. But I'd like to talk about our experience at the Lac La Biche Ramada last week, from May 15 - 18th. We live in Fort McMurray, Alberta and we were evacuated due to a wildfire close to the city. I tried to book a room on the app, but at that point, our local mobile networks were overloaded and service was spotty. I called the hotel directly and managed to secure the last room available, for for 2 adults, one kid and 2 dogs. The level of service we received was top notch. All of the staff are usually helpful and cheery, but they were exceptionally more so this time. They were flooded with Fort Mac evacuees, all within a few short hours, and handled it with grace and kindness. We were informed of every local amenity available to evacuees, including free meals at local venues. They were 100% invested in our comfort while we were temporarily displaced. We were able to go back home after 3 days and when we had questions about pre-auth charges, they went out of their way to double check that everything was correct and it was quickly resolved, to our satisfaction. The Ramada is our first choice to stay when in town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is huge, well-maintained and the kids love it. The complimentary breakfast is better than most places, with a special shout-out to their waffles! Some fresh sriracha would be amazing, though. ❤️
