Gorgeous, haunting and wonderful staff. Bartenders were a bit snobbish but the rest of the stay was perfection.

Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
The kitchen did not have any soap for dishes, no paper towel. The floor was dusty and the tv in the room was not working. I was disappointed, but apart from that it was good. But these are important things to have.

Residence & Conference Centre - Ottawa West
Didn’t not expect to be in a dorm. But overall it was ok for a night. Bathroom are really basic - made me feel like bien a collage student all over again :)
