"Had an amazing 2 story room. Location was great! I have stayed in this area before but not in this hotel. My room although amazing was 2 hours late after check in time. The front desk staff is not very well trained in customer service and are very slow. All they say is we are trying to do the best we can and we are low on staff. Otherwise the property is very good and excellent location. "

"Excellent place to stay for ski in and ski out. Very nice outdoor hot pool. Super breakfast buffet but very expensive. We stayed at the cheapest rooms that were not renovated, so the room is clean but not nice. Old carpet, old bathroom etc. king bed was very nice, very comfortable. For a 5 star hotel I would like some bottled water in the room."
