Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great to have a bathroom that didn’t leak water everywhere! Extremely good breakfast.
The reason for four stars not five is that it was billed as a four star hotel. It was very basic and not really my idea of four stars.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in all of Asia! Staff is outstanding and rooms are modern and spacious. The food is also very good. Spend a few extra dollars for an executive room, the lounge you get access to is well worth the price difference.

Location cannot be beat and the staff is very helpful. It is close to the old quarter and the lake but far enough so you can’t hear all the city noise. Note on the weekend there are live performances until 10:30ish so don’t expect to sleep early:

Only thing i would suggest is to inform guests about the key policy. We were not aware of the charge for lost keys. In our country, you can ask for as many keys as you want and you dont need to return them. Thank you.
