Marilove is a luxury Boutique Villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi

Loft Style Boutique Villa Marilove is one of the highlights of France Villa. Looking for a really perfect holiday home in southern France with light, space, style and class then this modern villa is just what you need. Walking distance from the 18-holes Souillac Country Club and bathed in light this very special villa offers complete rest and relaxation. Do you see yourself sitting in the jacuzzi with a glass of champagne (or Kir Royale)? Only well educated dogs admitted.

Inside Villa Marilove
The decoration of Marilove has been done by an interior architect with brocante and classy furniture. Cozy and spacious living room with sitting area, TV with satellite (French, English and German channels), modern open kitchen with bar, separate toilet and storage. Three spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed of 200x 210 cm plus a large open en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, large sink and toilet.

The other two bedrooms have beds of 180 x 210 cm (they can be made up as single beds too) and a shared bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Both the living room and bathrooms of Villa Marilove have underfloor heating while the bedrooms have air conditioning (heating, cooling). The property is extremely well insulated and has triple glass everywhere.

Outside Villa Marilove
By opening the large double sliding doors (total 7mtr) the partly covered terrace becomes in an instant a part of your living room and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor life to a maximum. On this terrace of holidayhome Marilove you can enjoy outdoor dining, sunbathing and swimming in the large swimming pool of 11 x 3 meters with infinity look. Finally, there is the Jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy the peace and breathtaking stars in the evening or night. Especially in August there are many falling stars! In front of Villa Marilove is a large lawn with various trees where the children can play. The total size of the plot is more than 3 acres.

Surroundings
Marilove is located 7 km from Souillac and the Dordogne river, 30 km from Sarlat and 25 km from Rocamadour. There are some large supermarkets and clothing stores in Souillac and of course a lot of cozy cafes and restaurants. An idea: go in the evening for a drink or something to eat to the Souillac Country Club at just a few minutes walking. At the same place you can also play tennis and play golf of course! Lots of fun!

Maison de rêve

La maison était magnifique. Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous dès notre arrivée ( à ce point c'est bien la 1ère fois). L'endroit est calme, dépaisant. La maison est parfaitement équipée Malgré la température en avril, la piscine nous a permis de nous baigner. Une satisfaction totale!

Confortable house in a quite neighbourhood.

Nice, clean and well lighted house in the middle of nature. Well equipped and fitted for longer stays. Golf club and tennis courts just across the road. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property. Thank you Lydia and Thijs.

Un havre de paix

Située dans un univers calme et verdoyant (et un gros supplément pour moi le golf club à quelques enjambées) avec une piscine magnifique afin de nous relaxer et nous rafraichir. Et bien sur le jacuzzi, le soir, en dégustant un verre du terroir. Cet endroit vous redonne le goût de vivre.

Een stukje hemel op aarde

Als je ooit een perfecte vakantie wilt beleven, dan is een verblijf in villa Marilove een absolute aanrader. Het huis voelt als een thuis door de weloverwogen inrichting, prachtige lichtinval en het uitzicht. Aangezien de temperatuur in oktober nog steeds tussen de 23 tot 27 graden was hebben we ons lijstje met 'Things to Do' snel ingeruild voor het zwembad, de jaccuzi en het terras. Het huis heeft gewoon alles waar je gelukkig van wordt. Overigens liggen de meest prachtige tuinen, grotten, kastelen en plaatsen binnen een afstand van 30 km. Deze vakantie evenaren zal niet meevallen, maar gelukkig hebben ze bij FranceVilla nog meer fantastische huizen

Verrukkelijk vakantiehuis, fijne sfeer, inrichting, licht met grote schuifpuien naar het terras met zwembad en jacuzzi, heel praktisch ingedeeld voor verblijf met (max.) 6 personen. Veel privacy, rustige ligging. Binnen 10 autominuten van Souillac met alle voorzieningen. Prachtige omgeving, natuur, veel mooie historische stadjes zoals o.m. Sarlat en Domme die het bezoeken meer dan waard zijn...

Fantastic House

We spent one week in the Marilove Villa in October 2016. This modern-designed house is very comfortable. The swimming pool was heated and we could use it almost everyday. Due to the perfect orientation of the house, you have the sun all day long on the terrace. Inside, the house is perfectly and completely equipped. Very nice decoration as well. In the kitchen, nothing is missing for the cooking. You really feel at home on the first day. The bedrooms are very cosy as well. I highly recommend this house in all seasons. We will rent this house again in the future, for sure. Karine & Pascal

FANTASTIC !!!

We spent only a few days unfortunately in this beautiful house... very comfortable with the floor heating and the jacuzzi at night... we enjoyed the clear skies, the design of the house and the decoration. So much love has been put into this holiday accommodation. Thank you Lydia for having been able to spend some wonderful nights (good beds, high quality, long beds!!!)

Prachtig nieuw huis en geweldig ingericht.

Dit jaar mailde ik France Villa kort voor onze vakantie of ze nog iets leuks voor ons had om te huren. Ik was er al bang voor maar alles was volgeboekt. Wat wil je ook met die fantastische huizen die ze verhuurd. Maar ze hadden een idee! Hun eigen vakantiehuis in de Dordogne dat bijna klaar was en ze wilden zich er wel voor inzetten om te zorgen dat wij er tijdens onze vakantie in konden. Echt een huis voor mij vertelden ze. Ingericht met prachtige vintage en brocante vondsten en mooie industriele items. Tot de avond voordat wij aankwamen zijn ze bezig geweest. Bij aankomst werden wij aangenaam verrast. Alles was klaar, prachtig ingericht, de ligstoelen met handdoeken uitnodigend bij het zwembad, de jacuzzi was op temperatuur, champagne stond koud. Alles perfect voor elkaar om een heerlijke vakantie tegemoet te gaan. En genoten hebben we. Van het zwembad en de jacuzzi, lekker koken in de prachtige keuken van het huis, heerlijk geslapen in de fijne bedden, de mooie inrichting, de rust, de prachtige omgeving, kanoën op de Dordogne, bezoekjes aan Middeleeuwse stadjes en een paar prachtige kastelen. Wil je zelf ook verblijven in een mooi vakantiehuis van France Villa, neem dan eens een kijkje op hun site. Of mail je wensen en zij gaan voor je op zoek.
