Unica nota positiva: la posizione della casa. Casa con un ottimo potenziale ma fatiscente e trascurata su ogni aspetto. Al nostro arrivo l’abbiamo trovata sporca. Ottima posizione, con parcheggio privato, silenziosa, con vista fantastica sul mare, vicino ad una bella spiaggia.
