Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated studio that is located at the heart of the Lake's Region! Our studio is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable experience. With just a short drive, you can reach Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. Our studio boasts spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views, a newly built pool, BBQ pits, a gym, game room, basketball court, and a library, making it the perfect place to stay for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

Wake up to breathtaking early morning sunrises and relax with stargazing/sunsets in the evening while enjoying the Weirs Beach fireworks display from the comfort of your condo. Our condo is equipped with a queen bed, a 50' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, pack-n-play, heat, a/c, full bathroom, queen size aero bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is also stocked with all linens, and vending machines are available on the lower level in the laundry room.

For the comfort of all guests, please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premises, and the HOA will charge guests a $200 service fee if a pet is observed in the condo.

We loved staying at this vacation rental. The view of the lake and islands was incredible. The rental met all of our needs, and we did some great walks to Weirs Beach. We even played a little ping pong at the lodge!

We stayed for a night here and it was clean and beautiful. Perfect little place. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! Blow up mattress worked well too. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice to have the option!

Great location and beautiful sunrise/sunset. The condo looks spot on to the listing. We appreciated the extra toiletries and snacks. Unfortunately we noticed crumbs/food all over the couch when we arrived. Overall, we we had a good experience.

Lovely studio condo

We were very pleased with the condo. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We lost our key and they were very quick to respond and provide us a new one. Gorgeous sunrise. Nice amenities. We sat out on the rockers in the public deck area in the evening. We will definitely rent here next time we are in New Hampshire.

Secret gem

Everything was just as listed. Britnie was very responsive. Bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, and oven range were a bonus… as were the snacks! Very close to BoNH Pavillion. We didn’t get the opportunity to explore the facilities, but we’ll be back! (Look for Britnie’s message through VRBO for instructions. Don’t be thrown off by Lodgify instructions.)

Great location

This place was great. The location to weirs beach, gunstock mountain and hiking trails was excellent. The pool, hot tub, and rooftop patio were my favorite. We spent a day by the pool on the roof overlooking the beach. I would try to book a place that had a patio next time. The condo had a bed, kitchenette and small couch. It was perfect for what we needed. My only issue was there was no additional rolls of toilet paper. We ran out and had to go out an buy some. I will be back but will try to rent something with a patio.

First VRBO experience

Many of the aspects about this property were good, as expected. The location was perfect, near restaurants, and convenient to the venue at which we attended a concert. The unit was very clean, also, and quiet, which we were looking for. Because this was our first VRBO stay, we did not know entirely what to expect. We would have appreciated a little more communication regarding accessing the unit, and/or someone on site to welcome us and be available to answer questions. We also were not thrilled with the mattress, we found it did not support our backs.

Weekend Stay

Let me start by saying the location of the property is great, lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. As far as the unit there a couple of things that might need looking at. The unit for heat/air is very loud and we need to shut it of in order to sleep as well as the fan in the bathroom being loud when in use. Seems that they are old units and might need some upgrading. Small item but there are 2 bulbs out over the bathroom sink that need to be replaced. We found the bed to be firm and not that comfortable. Sorry for the negative comments but I feel that they are important enough to bring to attention.
