  • With great water views of Lake Winnipesaukee from your front deck, this comfortable condo is sure to delight. Best suited for 4-5 guests but can sleep up to 7

    Ideally located for LACONIA BIKE WEEK!

    Built in 2002, the condo has a dining area with lake views, a nice functional kitchen and a comfortable living area. A front deck overlooking the lake and a rear deck provides added space to sit and relax after a fun-filled day.

    Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and the other with a Queen Bed with overhead single Bunk Bed. A Full sized fold out sofa bed in the living area (with privacy curtain) provides extra accommodation if needed.

    In the heart of the Weirs beach area, the following are at your fingertips.
