The floors were sticky. It was very rustic and not a luxury hotel at all. Exposed pipes in bathroom and main room. Paper thin walls with a lot of families going there. Cracks in the sink. With quite expensive nightly rate. Not worth it at all. I have pictures to prove it.

All 3 of us got sick because of the dirty dusty box fan in the bedroom. There was no AC in the bedroom and was extremely hot. We got charged $200 that we were unaware of prior to the stay, leaving us with limited money. No breakfast available during the stay and closest grocery store is 20 minutes away.

This is a great property with many amenities and beautiful Mountain View’s. We have stayed here many times. The most recent time there was an issue and the water had to be shut off for some hours throughout the night. They ended up refunded us for that night which I thought was generous.

There’s about a 3 inch gap from the floor to the bottom of the main door in our suite. Balcony has nails sticking up. A/C really only works in the living room area and the bedroom only has heat. Food and pool are great. Was able to check in about 1.5 hours early.
