Seasonal - Three to six month rental available on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. Dock for up to a 21 foot boat and a beach included. Available May 1st through foliage season (Oct. 31st). Situated on a quiet and secluded private road in Alton Bay. The owners are retired teachers and live upstairs. The apartment has a large patio facing the lake. It has one bedroom and a fold out queen sofa. Recently upgraded. Washer and dryer included. Fully furnished and ready to move in! Internet and utilities included. $3500/month. Rental agreement and references required. No pets, no smoking and no subletting. TV, Internet and kayaks available. Email for phone number.
