Walking distance to Bank Of NH pavillion, ice cream shop, local restaurant, beach and marina. . Laconia airport and grocery stores are also close by.

We have an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, free coffee and hot chocolate (seasonal) in the lobby, gym, and free parking.
