Welcome to the Village of Lake Winnipesaukee, your perfect home base for lakeside adventures and family fun. Just blocks from Weirs Beach, this cheerful two-bedroom condo offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything the area has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a kitchen stocked with essential appliances and cookware—great for prepping easy meals after a day of lakeside fun. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and private en-suite bath, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room brings the total sleeping space to six.

Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, and we’ve got linens and towels ready for your stay. Step outside to enjoy seasonal amenities like the outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, and BBQ grills, perfect for sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings. On-site laundry facilities are available (card-operated; $1 bills accepted), and trailer parking is included for your convenience.

NH Condo

The condo was very outdated, not much in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. Owners were great, location really good. Overall, a good place to stay for a quick trip with kids.
