Top Ladysmith Hotel Reviews
Inn On Long Lake
8/10 Good
"The room was very clean, which I appreciate. Had a great view of the lake from my room. It was a typical hotel room so you could hear your neighbours above you. Bed was comfortable but was squeaky. Overall it was a good stay. No restaurant in the hotel so had to find other places to eat if you don’t want the continental breakfast."
Oceanfront Suites at Cowichan Bay
8/10 Good
"Shower was confusing. The shower head and wand turned on the opposite and my wife almost got burnt because the taps didn't operate properly."
Thunderbird Motor Inn
8/10 Good
"We had a nice stay at the Thunderbird Motel. The location was really convenient and close to lots of amenities, restaurants, and things to do. The Aquatic Centre was especially close by and was a lot of fun for the family! The room was clean enough for our stay, although I do think it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. That being said, the motel is located in an area with quite a bit of walking traffic, so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, and it was a convenient place to stay while exploring the area and the other towns!"
Wessex Inn By The Sea
8/10 Good
"Friendly, helpful staff. However, their attempt to provide a shower chair fell short; the plastic stool was too short. The A/C and TV were hard to figure out."
Days Inn by Wyndham Nanaimo
8/10 Good
"Staffs were really helpful and friendly ."
The Port-O-Call Inn & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent stay thank you for the great room"
Travelodge by Wyndham Nanaimo
10/10 Excellent
"Frond desk staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was pretty good."
The Grand Hotel Nanaimo
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean tidy room and well maintained. The linens and towels were clean and were neatly replaced or done each day. The stay included complimentary continental breakfast which was really good. The lady at the breakfast counter was really courteous and was replenishing food frequently. All of the front staff were really courteous and were helpful. The hotel did not have a pool but the gym was not in good shape with most of the equipments were old or not working. But that was not much of an issue as overall the stay was a great experience. The location of the hotel is very central and easy to access malls, beaches and lakes. I would definitely like to revisit and probably have an additional night of stay as there is so much to explore in Nanaimo."
Best Western Dorchester Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our little family break"
