"The view from the condo was fantastic. The grounds are meticulous. The bed was super comfortable. Just know there is only A/C in the bedroom. Washer and dryer are outside and you have to pay for to use them. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we ever come back. "

"Front desk staff was rude at check in, we were given the wrong room, the property is so old the air conditioners and front door were completely rusted out, and the cottage rooms are right next to a huge public park right out the windows and front door. "

"The kitchen had most of what we needed. Would've maybe liked a few more containers for leftovers. Laundry wasn't an "issue" but if you didn't bring enough quarters (2.50 to wash and 2.00 to dry), you had to download an app to use. Our only "complaint" would be the birds making a mess of the railing under the gutter and near the door access to beach stuff.The stopper for the main bathroom needs some attention. We had to operate it from under the sink. Not a huge issue."
