"Super clean, quiet retreat in a gorgeous hotel. We arrived by train and took a quick taxi up to the beautiful area. The hotel provided bus/tram passes and we utilized them to go into the downtown area. Nice restaurants nearby- nice breakfast in the morning."

"The TT hotel has been rebuilt and is sleek and modern looking. The finishes are gorgeous. We booked this trip through Expedia, sadly we were not told that it was still undergoing finishes and that there would be no restaurant or bar available for the time we were there. We had also booked breakfast. Luckily for us, the owners had told us we'd get breakfast brought up to our room and because of the inconvenience of no bar or restaurant, they had placed us in a suite with kitchen facilities. ...

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Ausblick in der Früh auf die Berge ist unbeschreiblich.
Das Personal ist seht freundlich. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und hat uns gut geschmeckt.
Die Bikes konnten wir in der Garage abstellen wo es ein Platz nur für Fahrräder gibt. Die Klamotten konnten wir in einen separaten Spint neben der Garage reinlegen.

Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Pleasant common backyard around a little pond and fountain; self service drinks (including beer and a couple other spirits, plus non-alco); common terrace over the backyard, simple spa underground with a small infra red cabin (doesn’t work nearly as strong as sauna but serves for chill time at late hours), good smiley staff, parking solution, good location. The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you
As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus.
Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas.
Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here. "
