The Mardi Gras House for Groups is three newly built townhomes sitting side by side in a colorful, walkable Lafayette neighborhood — giving your group the best of both worlds: everyone has their own front door, full kitchen, and privacy, but you`re never more than a few steps from each other. Perfect for sports groups, family reunions, wedding parties, girls`/guys` trips, or any group that wants to be together without being on top of each other.

    7 bedrooms across 3 units, every unit brand new, every unit fully self-contained:

    Full kitchen & fast WiFi in every home
    In-unit washer/dryer in every home
    2 private garages (1 or 2 car)
    Dedicated workspace, Nespresso machine, and covered/fenced outdoor space
    Self check-in and full access to each home for the length of your stay
    $750 fee if smoke smell is detected in any of the units, non negotiable
    $300 fee if checkout past 11:00am with it mutually agreed upon in the app chat box
