This cozy 1-bedroom, 1.5 -bathroom home boasts a modern interior with tasteful decor and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The open-concept living area is perfect for unwinding with your group, and the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to whip up your favorite meals at any time. The bedroom is located upstairs along with full sized bathroom and large closet. The twin sized bed is equipped with a pull out trundle bed for second guest.

Lafayette studio

Perfect for a short stay for 1-2 people. The bedroom upstairs has way too much light for me. Easy to check in.

Great but….

The bed sucks. Great location for us and Mardi Gras fun. Definitely great to go to games at ULL. Was clean and well kept in good neighborhood. However that trundle bed has got to go. Put in a hideaway bed or an ikea futon to make it rentable for me again.

Perfect for certain needs

My young teenage son and I traveled to Lafayette for the National Karate Tournament. We were at the Cajundome for about 10-11 hours per day so this property was used primarily for sleeping and getting ready. Although the listing notes 2 twin beds, it is actually a trundle bed which was a little uncomfortable and not exactly what we were expecting. There were also very minimal linens for the trundle portion of the bed. If I had really analyzed the photos, I would have realized it was a trundle. The washer/dryer came in really useful washing sweaty karate clothes and the kitchen was useful for getting breakfast in the AM before competition. The area was not quite as walkable as I'd hoped, but still a very quick trip to the Cajundome and we could walk to Adopted Dog Brewing which was perfect for a quick meal. Would stay here again for a similar need but not with more than one person if any significant time was going to be spent in the apartment.
