The interior combined in a wonderful way a modern sensibility with beautiful traditional stone and wood features. We found it to be so wonderful that we returned for a second stay during our trip. Evie baked the most wonderful cakes - apple, walnut - for the breakfast buffet. The hotel is light, spacious and very well designed with a lovely pool.
