"The hotel is very beautiful and upscale, the staff were extremely pleasant and nice. The lobby, bar and dining room were beautifully kept. The room was spacious and beautiful. Tje entrance grounds were very pretty. We only had the following issues that in our opinion can be improved: Hot water in the shower: on first day it was lukewarm, they fixed it so was fine on days 2 and 3 but not so much on day 4. Shower: the part that controls the angle of the shower head (handheld) was loose so water only came straight down so one had to stand very close to the knobs. Toilet: the toilet seat had some stains that seemed were due to passage of time, regardless it was not pleasant. Bathroom sinks: the porcelains in both sinks had a few chips that made the sinks look like they were not clean."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore the main sightseeing spots around town. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, which added to the positive experience."

"The courtyard should be cleaned up there was a bag of what I don't know and beer bottles in a planter bed and garbage all over doesn't make a good impression inside the building it was very clean however"

"The room is very small, with TV and lights working properly. There was no soap in the bathroom, only empty dispenser. The stay was manageable and staff was accommodating."

"Room was okay, well equipped. The hotel is situated in an industrial area with no transport, one is stranded there with no place to go, unless by taxi or Uber which are expensive options. With regards to the "spa" - you have to book an appontment for the pool, for which there is a 12 euro charge for 90 minutes. The restaurant was closed as apparently there were not enough guests to warrant it being open. The staff were amazing, but doesn't make up for the lack of amenities. I would not stay there again."
