The owner is visible throughout the day and in the restaurant every evening, making sure guests are comfortable and everything runs perfectly. The entire place is spotless: immaculate uniforms, tidy bar, calm atmosphere, and a real sense of pride in the work. My room faced the main seafront road into Essaouira from Diabat, yet I didn’t hear a single trace of traffic noise, a remarkable level of peace and soundproofing. The location is a little out of the way, but that’s an advantage: it’s quieter, more relaxed, and only an 8 MAD taxi ride to the Medina. The pool area and restaurant are spotless, and the food is excellent. For the standard of service and comfort provided, you’d easily pay double or more in the UK. Outstanding value, beautifully run, and genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended. "
